Return & Refund Policy — Bridalmantra
Thank you for shopping with Bridalmantra. We take great pride in offering carefully curated bridal and modern Indian wear, as well as rental pieces for your special occasions. Please read our policy below before making a purchase or rental.
1. Returns & Exchanges (Retail Purchases)
All retail purchases are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
We encourage customers to check sizing, fit, and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges may be offered only in special circumstances and are subject to approval by Bridalmantra’s management. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags intact.
Bridalmantra reserves the right to decline any exchange that does not meet our conditions.
2. Rental Items (Lehengas, Sherwanis, Jewellery & Accessories)
All rental fees are strictly non-refundable.
In special, approved situations, an exchange may be permitted, subject to availability and management discretion.
Once a rental booking is confirmed, cancellations will not be refunded.
Any damage, stains, or late returns may incur additional charges according to our rental terms.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect retail item:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Provide clear photos and order details for verification.
Once reviewed, we may offer an exchange for the same item or an alternative solution at our discretion.
This does not apply to rental items collected in-store, as customers are required to inspect pieces at the point of handover.
4. In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases and rentals are considered checked and confirmed at the counter.
No returns, refunds, or cancellations once the transaction is completed.
